Before creating my own line of hair extensions I struggled with vendors customer service such as delayed shipments, wrong colors, receiving tape hair extensions instead of keratin hair extensions and never receiving a proper shipment tracking. I made it my goal to give the best customer service to professional stylists & salons as possible! If I receive an email with questions, I will return a reply within one hour, need assistance with delivery - I am there!
Customer Service Through Quality
What makes our customers experience enhanced is that our virgin hair extensions are picked, packaged & shipped within 24 hours of ordering and I will always respond to customer needs for quicker shipping or deadlines. As a stylist I know that orders are placed for particular customers, therefore, I will go above and beyond to ship as soon as possible. This is possible because we are a boutique line that caters to salons of all sizes. No order is too small or too large and all are treated with the same care. I love when customers reach out and ask questions - my response is the same I would give my staff of hair stylists. I believe customer service, particularly with hair extensions of all kinds, is the key to success from the vendor to the individual stylists working with our hair extensions.
Customer Service Through Education
Education is also part of our customer service and I strongly encourage attending one of our many training sessions either virtually or in person. Our method is unique and I have recordings of previous trainings to view and "get your feet wet!" But there is nothing like attending, asking questions and receiving certification. I also offer one on one training to stylists in the New England area or those willing to travel to my hair salon. We are building new affiliate salons daily which is a great resource as well, many are working with our extensions and training. There are many videos on our social media platforms, as well as youtube. We appreciate the trust you put into our brand and our goal is to make your business lucrative, fun and to reach your greatest success.
